摘要

本文总结1例采用小儿推拿联合艾灸干预偏矮身材患儿的护理经验。以脾肾两脏为核心，契合中医“肾为先天之本，脾为后天之本”的中医理论，运用辨证施护，对患儿进行小儿推拿、艾灸治疗，配合辨证膳食及健康指导，有效提高患儿的身高生长速率，提高患儿生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a child with short stature treated with pediatric Tuina and moxibustion. Centered on the spleen and kidney， aligned with the TCM theory of "the kidney as the congenital foundation and the spleen as the acquired foundation，" the intervention employed syndrome-differentiated nursing， including pediatric Tuina， moxibustion therapy， tailored dietary guidance， and health education. The approach effectively improved the child’s height growth rate and quality of life.
