摘要

本文总结运用火龙罐综合灸治疗1例肛漏术后伤口疼痛患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取火龙罐综合灸治疗，结合护理评估结果，实施中医特色护理、情志护理及饮食护理等护理措施，患者疼痛、焦虑症状明显缓解，且该方法具有不良反应少，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article presents the nursing experience of applying Fire Dragon Cupping combined with moxibustion to alleviate postoperative wound pain in a patient with anal fistula. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， the integrated intervention included Fire Dragon Cupping therapy， tailored emotional support， dietary guidance， and other TCM nursing measures. The patient's pain and anxiety symptoms were significantly relieved， with minimal adverse effects and high safety， demonstrating its clinical value for wider application.
