摘要

本文总结1例高难度复杂性膀胱根治性切除+回肠代膀胱术后并发肠梗阻、肠坏死患者的护理经验。患者术后短期内连续发生严重并发症，经历三次手术及两次转入ICU，病情危重且反复，护理挑战巨大。针对此病例，制定中西医结合系统化护理方案，通过实施围手术期精细化护理、肠梗阻专项干预、营养支持多学科协作及专项化心理护理等措施，有效提高患者康复速度，降低心理障碍发生率。此护理经验为管理此类高风险、高复杂性术后并发症提供重要参考，突显了专业化、精细化及人文关怀在现代外科护理中的核心价值。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with high-difficulty and complex postoperative complications of intestinal obstruction and intestinal necrosis following radical cystectomy with ileal conduit. The patient developed consecutive severe complications in the short term after surgery， undergoing three operations and two ICU transfers， presenting critical and recurrent conditions with significant nursing challenges. A systematic integrated Chinese-Western nursing protocol was formulated， including perioperative refined care， specialized intervention for intestinal obstruction， multidisciplinary collaboration for nutritional support， and targeted psychological nursing. These measures effectively accelerated patient recovery and reduced the incidence of psychological disorders. This nursing experience provides important reference for managing such high-risk and complex postoperative complications， highlighting the core value of professionalization， refinement， and humanistic care in modern surgical nursing.
