摘要

本文总结1例全息刮痧联合耳穴贴压治疗ERCP术后腹痛患者的护理体会。基于全息理论，给予中医特色护理技术全息刮痧和耳穴贴压，治疗期间配合饮食护理、用药护理、疼痛护理及康复指导等，有效缓解患者临床症状，减轻疼痛，从而提高睡眠治质量及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying holographic scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing to alleviate abdominal pain in a post-ERCP patient with cholelithiasis. Based on holographic theory， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing techniques—holographic scraping and auricular acupoint pressing—were implemented， alongside dietary guidance， medication management， pain intervention， and rehabilitation counseling. These interventions effectively relieved clinical symptoms， reduced pain， and improved sleep quality and overall patient well-being.
