摘要

手骨关节炎是骨关节病的常见类型，其发病率随着年龄增长而上升，关节疼痛是其主要临床表现，严重影响患者生活质量。通过铜砭刮痧联合艾灸疗法治疗手骨关节炎痹症型患者，可有效缓解患者手部疼痛与手指僵硬症状，显著提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

Hand osteoarthritis is a common type of osteoarthropathy， with its incidence increasing with age. Joint pain is the primary clinical manifestation， significantly impairing patients' quality of life. The combination of copper tool Gua Sha and moxibustion therapy for hand osteoarthritis of Bi syndrome type effectively alleviates hand pain and finger stiffness， markedly improving the patient's quality of life.
