摘要

本文总结1例急性大面积脑梗死患者合并肺部感染的中西医结合护理体会。结合患者实际，实施护理评估及针对性护理措施，如气道护理、皮肤护理及饮食护理等。此外，给予患者改良八段锦功法、艾条灸法及耳穴压丸等中医康复护理干预，患者病情稳定并逐渐好转，由文丘里面罩吸氧转变为鼻导管吸氧，痰液由黄色粘痰转变为白色稀薄样痰液，胸CT结果转为正常，无继发性感染的发生，NIHSS评分由22分降至10分，整体恢复较好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine approaches for a patient with acute massive cerebral infarction complicated by pulmonary infection. Based on comprehensive patient assessment， targeted nursing interventions were implemented including airway management， skin care， and nutritional support. Additionally， traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapies were administered， including modified Baduanjin exercises， moxibustion therapy， and auricular acupressure. The patient showed significant clinical improvement： oxygen therapy was successfully downgraded from Venturi mask to nasal cannula， sputum characteristics improved from yellow viscous to white thin consistency， chest CT demonstrated resolution of pulmonary infiltrates without secondary infection， and NIHSS score decreased from 22 to 10， indicating substantial neurological recovery.
