摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压丸辅助乌梅含漱液治疗气虚血瘀型心力衰竭患者口渴感的中医护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，根据患者口渴的问题，在常规护理基础上配合耳穴压丸辅助乌梅含漱液疗法，有效减少心力衰竭患者口渴症状。治疗后患者口渴明显好转，心力衰竭口渴困扰量表（Thirst Distress Scale for patients with Heart Failure， TDS-HF）由33分降至17分，对促进患者康复具有重要意义。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in treating thirst in a patient with heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis type by auricular point pressing combined with mume mouthwash. Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and nursing in traditional Chinese medicine， based on the patient's thirst symptom， auricular point pressing combined with mume mouthwash therapy was applied on the basis of routine nursing， which effectively alleviated the thirst symptom of the heart failure patient. After treatment， the patient's thirst was significantly improved. The score of Thirst Distress Scale for patients with Heart Failure （TDS-HF） decreased from 33 to 17， which is of great significance for promoting the patient's recovery.
