摘要

本文总结1例2型糖尿病合并伤口感染患者的中西医结合护理经验。本案例采用中西医协同护理方案，西医予抗生素抗感染治疗，中医发挥适宜技术优势，予复方黄柏液湿敷促进伤口愈合、耳穴压豆法缓解局部疼痛，通过中西医协同干预，有效加速患者伤口愈合进程，该方案对糖尿病性皮肤伤口感染的组织修复具有积极促进作用。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in a case of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with wound infection. In this case， a collaborative nursing plan of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was adopted. Western medicine provided antibiotic anti-infection treatment， while traditional Chinese medicine utilized its appropriate technical advantages， applying compound Phellodendron amurense liquid wet compress to promote wound healing and auricular point pressing to relieve local pain. Through the collaborative intervention of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， the wound healing process of the patient was effectively accelerated. This plan has a positive promoting effect on tissue repair of diabetic skin wound infection.
