摘要

本文总结1例右股骨颈骨折合并右小腿截肢患者的围手术期护理经验，包括围手术期术前宣教及术后护理等。根据患者病情状况，制定个体化治疗方式与护理方案，通过开展中西医结合多元化的护理措施，促进患者早日康复，减轻患者痛苦，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with right femoral neck fracture combined with right lower leg amputation， including preoperative education and postoperative care. Based on the patient's condition， an individualized treatment plan and nursing strategy were developed. By implementing integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions， the patient achieved early rehabilitation， reduced pain， and improved quality of life.
