摘要

目的

本文总结1例阑尾炎术后合并腹腔感染患者发热的中西医结合护理经验，为临床护理实践提供理论依据。

方法

实施三黄散加芒硝加压外敷、体温护理、疼痛护理、情志护理、睡眠护理及便秘护理等中西医结合护理。

结果

患者VAS评分从7分降至2分，SAS评分从53分降至32分，PSQI评分从10分降至5分，体温从39.5℃降至36.3℃，患者自诉治疗后临床症状减轻，生活质量明显提高。

结论

临床对于阑尾炎术后合并腹腔感染的发热患者，实施中西医结合护理的效果显著，可加速患者康复进程。

Abstract

Objective

This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for fever in a patient with appendicitis complicated by postoperative intra-abdominal infection， aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical nursing practice.

Methods

Integrated nursing interventions were implemented， including external application of Sanhuang San （a traditional Chinese herbal formula） mixed with Mangxiao （sodium sulfate） under pressure， temperature management， pain management， emotional care， sleep care， and constipation management.

Results

The patient’s VAS score decreased from 7 to 2， SAS score from 53 to 32， PSQI score from 10 to 5， and body temperature from 39.5°C to 36.3°C. The patient reported significant alleviation of clinical symptoms and improved quality of life after treatment.

Conclusion

For patients with fever due to appendicitis complicated by postoperative intra-abdominal infection， integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing demonstrates remarkable efficacy and accelerates recovery.
