摘要

本文总结1例湿热蕴肤型湿疮患者采用刺络放血联合中药塌渍治疗的护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，通过中医特色护理技术（刺络放血与中药塌渍）结合饮食调护、皮肤护理指导及健康教育等综合措施，患者皮疹明显好转，瘙痒减轻，睡眠质量提升，情绪稳定且治疗依从性良好。该疗法不良反应少、安全性高、患者接受度高，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with dampness-heat accumulation type eczema using bloodletting puncture combined with herbal compress. Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation nursing theory， comprehensive measures including TCM-specific nursing techniques （bloodletting puncture and herbal compress）， dietary regulation， skin care guidance， and health education were implemented. The patient exhibited significant improvement in skin lesions， reduced itching， enhanced sleep quality， stable mood， and good treatment compliance. This therapy demonstrates minimal adverse effects， high safety， and strong patient acceptance， indicating potential clinical applicability.
