摘要

本文总结1例医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤（MARSI）的护理体会，通过对MARSI患者进行全面护理评估，制定个性化护理方案，包括皮肤保护、黏胶选择与使用技术改进、创面管理等综合措施。经治疗两周，患者疼痛评分从6分降至1分，皮肤完整性评分从3级改善至1级，有效促进皮肤损伤愈合，预防并发症，提高患者舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of medical adhesive-related skin injury （MARSI）. Through comprehensive nursing assessment， an individualized care plan was developed， including integrated measures such as skin protection， optimized adhesive selection and application techniques， and wound management. After two weeks of intervention， the patient’s pain score decreased from 6 to 1， and the skin integrity score improved from grade 3 to grade 1， effectively promoting wound healing， preventing complications， and enhancing patient comfort.
