摘要

本文总结砭石热熨结合热奄包改善1例小儿证属寒凝气滞证扁桃体腺样体术后腹痛的护理经验，包括砭石热熨及热奄包的使用方法、操作手法及时间等，并从生活、饮食及情志等方面进行护理指导。在中医辨证理论指导下，采用砭石中药热熨结合热奄包对患儿腹痛症状进行干预，通过温通散寒，健脾和胃使患儿腹痛症状得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using hot compress with bian stone and hot compress bag to improve postoperative abdominal pain in a child with cold coagulation and qi stagnation syndrome after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. It includes the usage methods， operation techniques and time of hot compress with bian stone and hot compress bag， as well as nursing guidance in aspects of life， diet and emotions. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation theory， the intervention of hot compress with bian stone and hot compress bag was adopted to alleviate the abdominal pain symptoms of the child. Through warming and promoting circulation to dispel cold and strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach， the abdominal pain symptoms of the child were significantly improved.
