摘要

本文总结1例穴位贴敷联合中药竹罐改善气虚血瘀型真心痛患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，为患者制定个性化护理计划。对于气虚血瘀型真心痛发作期患者，实施穴位贴敷与中药竹罐，联合一般护理的中医护理措施，缩减治疗时间，有效改善患者胸痛症状，增强患者战胜疾病信心，提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrating acupoint application with medicinal bamboo cupping for a patient with angina pectoris （Qi deficiency and blood stasis type） in acute phase. Based on syndrome differentiation theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， an individualized nursing plan was developed. The combined intervention of acupoint application and medicinal bamboo cupping， alongside routine nursing care， significantly alleviated chest pain symptoms， shortened treatment duration， enhanced patient confidence in disease management， and improved quality of life.
