摘要

本研究旨在探讨基于理气温中理论，运用中药热熨敷中医特色技术，治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤合并脾肾阳虚型失眠患者的临床疗效。针对该类患者，以理气温中、温阳散寒的吴茱萸为主要热熨药物，先沿足少阴肾经小腿段自上而下循经推熨，再针对涌泉穴进行局部热敷（局部存在实体肿瘤时需避开该部位），通过药物透皮吸收与温热刺激协同作用，起到理气温中、温补脾肾、养心安神的治疗效果，从而有效减轻患者失眠症状，改善中晚期恶性肿瘤患者的整体生活质量。

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） hot compress therapy based on the principle of regulating Qi and warming the Middle Jiao in treating insomnia patients with advanced malignant tumors accompanied by Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency. Targeting such patients， the treatment primarily utilized Evodia rutaecarpa as the thermotherapeutic agent， known for its properties of regulating Qi， warming Yang， and dispelling cold. The therapeutic procedure involved： meridian-pushing along the lower leg segment of the Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin in a top-down manner， followed by localized hot compress on Yongquan （avoiding areas with solid tumors when present）. The synergistic effects of transdermal drug absorption and thermal stimulation achieved the therapeutic goals of regulating Qi， warming the Middle Jiao， tonifying the Spleen and Kidney， and calming the mind. Consequently， this intervention effectively alleviated insomnia symptoms and improved the overall quality of life in patients with advanced malignant tumors.
