摘要

本文总结1例肺经伏热型儿童变应性鼻炎应用玉石通窍刮痧的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护原则，采用玉石通窍刮痧技术，以宣肺清热、通窍利鼻为治则，针对额部及鼻部穴位实施个体化干预。结果显示，该疗法能显著改善患儿鼻塞、流涕等核心症状，且治疗过程安全无不良反应，体现中医外治法的临床优势。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of applying jade stone Tongqiao Guasha （scraping therapy） in a pediatric case of allergic rhinitis with lung channel latent heat pattern. Guided by the principles of syndrome-differentiated nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， the intervention employed jade scraping techniques with the therapeutic aims of dispersing lung heat and unblocking nasal orifices. Individualized treatment focused on acupoints in the forehead and nasal regions. Results demonstrated significant improvement in core symptoms （nasal obstruction and rhinorrhea）， with no adverse effects observed， highlighting the clinical advantages of this TCM external therapy.
