摘要

本文总结1例高龄白血病患者免疫治疗后经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管过敏性皮炎的护理经验。护理人员积极评估皮损程度，开展辨证施护，通过加强皮肤护理、饮食护理等护理措施，缓解局部瘙痒，消除皮疹，提高免疫力，有效改善患者皮肤过敏反应。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing management of PICC-associated allergic dermatitis in an elderly leukemia patient following immunotherapy. Nursing interventions included comprehensive assessment of skin lesions and syndrome-differentiated care， such as enhanced skin care and dietary guidance， which alleviated local pruritus， resolved the rash， improved immunity， and effectively mitigated the allergic cutaneous reaction.
