摘要

本文通过1例肺栓塞患者的临床护理实践，系统总结叙事护理在症状管理及心理干预中的应用经验。基于“生理—心理—社会”医学模式，实施包含基础护理、症状导向护理、结构化心理干预及个体化健康教育的整合式护理方案。结果显示，该综合干预模式有效改善患者呼吸困难症状、显著缓解焦虑状态，并提升患者生活质量指数，证实叙事护理在肺栓塞康复中的多维价值。

Abstract

Through the clinical nursing practice of a patient with pulmonary embolism， this article systematically summarizes the application experience of narrative nursing in symptom management and psychological intervention. Based on the "physiological-psychological-social" medical model， an integrated nursing plan including basic care， symptom-oriented care， structured psychological intervention， and individualized health education was implemented. The results showed that this comprehensive intervention model effectively improved the patient's breathing difficulty symptoms， significantly alleviated anxiety， and enhanced the patient's quality of life index， confirming the multi-dimensional value of narrative nursing in pulmonary embolism rehabilitation.
