摘要

本文总结1例湿热内蕴型慢性湿疹患者的护理经验，探讨在经络学说理论指导下，运用铜砭刮痧联合药线点灸技术，配合生活起居、饮食调护及情志指导等综合干预措施的临床效果。经15 d治疗与护理后，患者病情显著改善，皮肤瘙痒视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分降至0分，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分为4分。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chronic eczema of the dampness-heat accumulation type. Guided by meridian theory， integrated interventions—including copper tool Guasha， medicinal thread moxibustion， lifestyle adjustments， dietary guidance， and emotional regulation—were implemented. After 15 days of treatment and nursing， the patient showed significant improvement： the Visual Analog Scale （VAS） score for pruritus decreased to 0， and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score was 4.
