摘要

因戒指佩戴不当致手指肿胀在临床中虽不常见，但妥善处理对患者手部功能恢复及提升护理质量意义重大。本病例中，患者因戒指佩戴不当致手指肿胀伴局部炎症反应与疼痛。护理团队针对此开展护理查房，以缓解症状、恢复手指功能、预防并发症为目标。科室护士长组织查房小组，全面评估患者情况后，制定并落实针对性护理计划，包括采用50%硫酸镁湿敷及喜辽妥多磺酸黏多糖乳膏交替涂抹的局部护理措施，同时结合中西医结合治疗基础疾病。经护理，患者手指肿胀消退，炎症减轻，疼痛缓解，最终治愈出院。通过此次护理查房，提高了护士的风险防范意识，规范了护理评估与干预流程，为今后类似病例的护理提供了经验借鉴，彰显了护理查房在提升护理工作质量中的价值。

Abstract

Although finger swelling caused by improper ring wearing is not common in clinical practice， proper management is significant for the recovery of hand function and the improvement of nursing quality. In this case， a patient with coronary heart disease experienced finger swelling， local inflammatory response， and pain due to improper ring wearing. The nursing team conducted a nursing case conference with the goals of alleviating symptoms， restoring finger function， and preventing complications. The head nurse of the department organized the case conference team， comprehensively evaluated the patient's condition， and formulated and implemented a targeted nursing plan， including local care measures such as alternating wet compresses with 50% magnesium sulfate and application of heparinoid polysulfate chondroitin sulfate cream， while integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of the underlying disease. After nursing intervention， the patient's finger swelling subsided， inflammation reduced， pain alleviated， and the patient was eventually discharged after recovery. Through this nursing case conference， the nurses' awareness of risk prevention was enhanced， the nursing assessment and intervention process was standardized， and it provided experience for the nursing of similar cases in the future， highlighting the value of nursing case conferences in improving the quality of nursing work.
