Nursing Experience of Combined Intermediate Frequency Modulated Pulse Therapy and Cervical Traction for a Patient with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated with intermediate frequency modulated pulse therapy combined with cervical traction. After unsatisfactory results from conventional massage therapy, the patient was switched to this combined approach, with emphasis on individualized parameter adjustment during treatment and enhanced guidance on functional exercises post-therapy. After two weeks of intervention, the patient exhibited significant pain relief, improved cervical range of motion, and markedly enhanced comfort.
