摘要

本案例报告聚焦1例急性心肌梗死行PCI术后患者，探讨医护一体化模式在其护理中的应用价值。该模式作为新型医疗干预理念，核心是医护协同，可依据患者病情动态变化与反馈，制定个性化诊疗及护理方案。报告详述了患者PCI术后，医护团队在病情观察、康复指导、心理疏导等方面采取的协同护理举措；经干预，患者心血管不良事件风险降低，术后康复进程加快，心理状态亦得到显著改善。此案例凸显了医护一体化模式对急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者在生理康复与心理支持方面的重要性，可为同类患者的护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

This case report focuses on a patient with acute myocardial infarction after PCI and explores the application value of the integrated medical and nursing care model in their care. As a new medical intervention concept， the core of this model is the collaboration between medical and nursing staff， who can develop personalized treatment and care plans based on the dynamic changes and feedback of the patient's condition. The report details the collaborative care measures taken by the medical and nursing team in terms of condition observation， rehabilitation guidance， and psychological counseling after the patient's PCI. Through intervention， the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in the patient was reduced， the postoperative recovery process was accelerated， and the psychological state was significantly improved. This case highlights the importance of the integrated medical and nursing care model in the physical rehabilitation and psychological support of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI， and can provide a reference for the nursing practice of similar patients.
