摘要

本文总结1例唇部盘状红斑狼疮（DLE）合并2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的综合治疗及护理经验。两种疾病病理生理相互影响，增加临床管理难度。针对该患者制定并采用药物及多阶段个体化护理方案，包括唇部组织修复、动态疼痛管理、血糖监测、感染防控及延续性自我管理教育。经过76 d的治疗护理后，患者病情和症状得到有效控制，该方案治疗效果显著且具有成本低、操作简单及安全性高等优势，可供临床参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the comprehensive treatment and nursing experience of a patient with lip discoid lupus erythematosus （DLE） complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. The pathological physiology of the two diseases interact with each other， increasing the difficulty of clinical management. A drug and multi-stage individualized nursing plan was formulated and adopted for this patient， including lip tissue repair， dynamic pain management， blood glucose monitoring， infection prevention and control， and continuous self-management education. After 76 days of treatment and nursing， the patient's condition and symptoms were effectively controlled. This treatment plan has significant therapeutic effects and advantages such as low cost， simple operation and high safety， and can be used as a reference for clinical practice.
