摘要

本文总结1例右股骨粗隆间骨折合并压力性损伤患者的综合护理体会。护理团队在全面评估后，对患者实施体位管理、创面处理、营养支持、疼痛干预及康复训练等综合护理干预。经治疗与护理，患者压力性损伤愈合良好，骨折愈合平稳，肢体功能逐步恢复，未发生深静脉血栓、肺部感染等卧床并发症。该综合护理方案对促进骨折合并压力性损伤患者的康复及改善预后具有积极作用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the comprehensive nursing approach for a patient with right intertrochanteric femoral fracture complicated by pressure injury. Following a thorough assessment， the nursing team implemented integrated interventions including postural management， wound care， nutritional support， pain control， and rehabilitation training. Through these measures， the patient achieved satisfactory healing of the pressure injury， steady fracture recovery， gradual restoration of limb function， and avoidance of bedridden complications such as deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary infection. This holistic nursing protocol demonstrates positive effects in promoting recovery and improving prognosis for patients with fractures complicated by pressure injuries.
