摘要

本文总结1例肝郁脾虚型盆腔炎患者采用中药保留灌肠联合音乐疗法的护理经验。在常规护理基础上，基于中医辨证施护原则，通过中药保留灌肠与个性化音乐疗法进行干预。采用疼痛评估量表（NRS）评估下腹部疼痛程度，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评估心理状态，干预后患者疼痛与焦虑状态显著改善。该联合疗法通过药物局部吸收与情志调节的双重作用，既缓解器质性病变，又改善肝气郁结所致情志障碍，最终提升患者生活质量，印证中西医结合护理在慢性盆腔炎管理中的协同价值。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with pelvic inflammatory disease （PID） of liver depression and spleen deficiency type treated with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） retention enema combined with music therapy. Based on routine nursing care and the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation， interventions included herbal retention enema and personalized music therapy. Pain intensity was assessed using the Numerical Rating Scale （NRS）， and psychological status was evaluated with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）. Post-intervention， the patient showed significant improvement in pain and anxiety. This combined therapy leverages dual mechanisms of local drug absorption and emotional regulation， addressing both organic lesions and emotional disorders caused by liver qi stagnation， ultimately enhancing the patient’s quality of life. The case demonstrates the synergistic value of integrated TCM and Western nursing in managing chronic PID.
