摘要

本文报告1例右耳带状疱疹伴面瘫患者采用针灸疗法联合西医常规治疗的中西医结合诊疗及护理案例。患者为57岁女性，因右耳疼痛1周、口角歪斜1 d入院，确诊为右耳带状疱疹继发面瘫后，在予以抗病毒、营养神经及止痛等西医常规治疗的基础上，加用针灸治疗，选取颞前线、翳风、风池等穴位刺激，同步配合红外线局部照射，同时辅以针对性护理干预。经过系统治疗后，患者疼痛症状明显缓解，面瘫症状得到显著改善，顺利出院。本案例表明，针灸疗法在缓解带状疱疹神经痛、促进受损面神经功能恢复方面具有积极作用，中西医结合治疗配合系统化护理可进一步提升整体疗效，为临床同类病例的诊疗和护理提供了可参考的实践经验。

Abstract

This paper reports a case of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis， treatment， and nursing for a 57-year-old female patient with right-ear herpes zoster complicated by facial paralysis. The patient was admitted with right-ear pain for one week and mouth deviation for one day. After diagnosis， conventional Western treatments （antiviral therapy， neurotrophic agents， and analgesics） were supplemented with acupuncture targeting specific acupoints， combined with local infrared radiation therapy and tailored nursing interventions. Systematic treatment resulted in significant pain relief and marked improvement in facial paralysis， leading to successful discharge. This case demonstrates acupuncture’s efficacy in alleviating herpes zoster neuralgia and promoting facial nerve recovery， while highlighting that integrated therapy with structured nursing enhances overall outcomes， offering practical insights for similar clinical cases.
