摘要

目的

探讨改良Bacon术治疗低位直肠癌患者拖出肠段的规范化护理策略。

方法

采用病例回顾分析法，对1例腹腔镜改良Bacon术患者实施多维度护理干预，包括动态监测拖出肠段色泽、温度及血运；采用正确卧位减少肠管张力，结合中医技术促进肠功能恢复；通过认知重构疗法缓解患者焦虑。

结果

经干预，拖出肠段存活良好，未发生缺血坏死，控便功能良好，患者护理满意度高。

结论

系统化的术后观察体系联合体位管理、中医特色护理及心理干预，可显著降低拖出肠段并发症风险，本案例为临床护理路径优化提供实证参考。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the standardized nursing strategies for treating the prolapsed intestinal segment in patients with low rectal cancer through the modified Bacon procedure.

Methods

A case review analysis method was used to implement multi-dimensional nursing intervention for a patient who underwent laparoscopic modified Bacon surgery. The intervention included dynamic monitoring of the color， temperature， and blood supply of the prolapsed intestinal segment； adopting the correct position to reduce intestinal tension and combining traditional Chinese medicine techniques to promote intestinal function recovery； and using cognitive restructuring therapy to alleviate the patient's anxiety.

Results

After the intervention， the prolapsed intestinal segment survived well， no ischemic necrosis occurred， the defecation control function was good， and the patient's nursing satisfaction was high.

Conclusion

A systematic postoperative observation system combined with position management， traditional Chinese medicine nursing， and psychological intervention can significantly reduce the risk of complications of the prolapsed intestinal segment. This case provides empirical reference for the optimization of clinical nursing pathways.
