摘要

本文总结1例肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻患者应用穴位注射联合中医情志护理的实践体会。通过在内关穴注射维生素B

注射液，联合穴位按摩、五音

疗法等中医护理技术，有效缓解患者妊娠剧吐症状，改善情绪状态和生理指标。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with liver-stomach disharmony type hyperemesis gravidarum treated with acupoint injection （vitamin B6 at Neiguan， PC6） integrated with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） emotional regulation techniques， including acupressure and Five-Element music therapy. The combined intervention significantly alleviated severe vomiting， improved emotional status （e.g.， reduced anxiety scores）， and normalized physiological parameters （e.g.， electrolyte balance）.
