摘要

本文总结1例火龙罐疗法联合艾灸治疗腹型肥胖患者的护理病例报告。基于“健脾祛湿”的治疗原则，在完善护理评估的基础上实施火龙罐腹部经络运罐联合艾灸治疗，同时配合饮食护理、运动指导及心理护理，治疗后患者腹围缩小，体重减轻，焦虑状态缓解，疗效显著。该方案优化单一治疗方法，个性化组合疗法，可操作性强，有利于临床推广。

Abstract

This article presents a case report of nursing care for a patient with abdominal obesity treated by fire dragon cupping therapy combined with moxibustion. Based on the treatment principle of "strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness"， after completing the nursing assessment， fire dragon cupping on the abdominal meridians and moxibustion were implemented. At the same time， dietary care， exercise guidance and psychological care were provided. After the treatment， the patient's abdominal circumference decreased， weight reduced， anxiety was relieved， and the therapeutic effect was remarkable. This scheme optimizes a single treatment method and combines personalized therapy methods， is highly operable， and is conducive to clinical promotion.
