摘要

本文总结1例应用亚甲蓝联合床旁血液灌流治疗重度亚硝酸盐中毒患者的护理经验。急诊团队迅速反应，在温水洗胃的基础上，应用亚甲蓝间断静脉推注，医护团队及时为患者建立血滤导管，在 3h内开始床旁血液灌流。患者清醒后，医护人员为其实施整合性心理护理，获得患者及家属的信任与配合，保证治疗顺利开展，5 d后患者好转出院。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a severe nitrite poisoning patient treated with methylene blue combined with bedside hemoperfusion. The emergency team responded promptly. On the basis of gastric lavage with warm water， methylene blue was administered by intermittent intravenous injection. The medical and nursing team promptly established a hemofiltration catheter for the patient and initiated bedside hemoperfusion within 3 hours. After the patient regained consciousness， the medical staff provided integrated psychological care， earning the trust and cooperation of the patient and their family， ensuring the smooth progress of the treatment. The patient improved and was discharged after 5 days.
