摘要

目的

探讨耳部按摩联合耳穴贴压干预神经根型颈椎病的临床效果及护理策略。

方法

选取1例典型病例，在常规治疗基础上实施耳部按摩联合耳穴贴压，同步配合结构化健康教育及情志护理。

结果

干预后患者症状显著改善，具体如下：①疼痛方面：VAS评分由入院时6分降至第3日4分（降幅33.33%）；②功能活动：第7日颈部前屈角度由29°提升至40°（改善37.93%）；③心理状态：SAS评分由52分（轻度焦虑）降至出院时42分（正常阈值）；④远期疗效：随访1个月无复发，患者掌握耳穴自我按摩技术并持续应用。

结论

该联合方案既能缓解神经根压迫症状，又可调节情志，其操作简便、成本低廉且患者依从性高的特点，适合推广应用。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the clinical efficacy and nursing strategies of ear massage combined with auricular acupressure in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of the nerve root type.

Methods

One typical case was selected. On the basis of conventional treatment， ear massage combined with auricular acupressure was implemented， along with structured health education and emotional care.

Results

After the intervention， the patient's symptoms were significantly improved. Specifically： ① In terms of pain： The VAS score decreased from 6 points at admission to 4 points on the third day （a reduction of 33.33%）； ② In terms of functional activities： The cervical flexion angle increased from 29° on the 7th day to 40° （an improvement of 37.93%）； ③ In terms of psychological state： The SAS score decreased from 52 points （mild anxiety） to 42 points at discharge （normal threshold）； ④ In terms of long-term efficacy： There was no recurrence during the 1-month follow-up， and the patient mastered the self-massage technique of auricular acupressure and continued to apply it.

Conclusion

This combined treatment plan can not only relieve the symptoms of nerve root compression but also regulate emotions. Its simple operation， low cost， and high patient compliance make it suitable for wide application.
