摘要

本文总结1例火龙罐综合灸治疗枕神经痛的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，通过火龙罐综合灸对患者颈部实施治疗，发挥温通经络、消炎止痛的作用，同时结合生活起居调整、用药指导、情志调摄及健康宣教等综合护理措施。经过14 d干预后，患者疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）从7分降至2分，头痛影响测试问卷（HIT-6）积分由78分降至48分。结果表明，该方案能显著缓解枕神经痛症状，改善患者焦虑情绪并提高睡眠质量。火龙罐综合灸具有操作简便、成本低廉、安全性高且无不良反应的特点，具备临床推广价值。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of one case of occipital neuralgia treated with Fire Dragon cupping combined with moxibustion. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， the patient received Fire Dragon cupping therapy on the neck to warm meridians， reduce inflammation， and alleviate pain， combined with comprehensive nursing interventions including lifestyle adjustments， medication guidance， emotional regulation， and health education. After 14 days of intervention， the patient's visual analogue scale （VAS） score decreased from 7 to 2， and the Headache Impact Test-6 （HIT-6） score improved from 78 to 48. The results demonstrated that this approach significantly relieved occipital neuralgia symptoms， improved anxiety， and enhanced sleep quality. Fire Dragon cupping combined with moxibustion is characterized by simplicity， cost-effectiveness， high safety， and absence of adverse effects， making it worthy of clinical promotion.
