摘要

本文探讨耳穴压豆联合引导式健康教育对过敏性紫癜（Henoch-Schönlein Purpura， HSP）患儿便秘症状的干预效果。针对患儿反复便秘、饮食不当等核心问题，在常规西医治疗基础上，基于中医辨证施护理论实施综合干预。通过耳穴压豆调节免疫功能，结合辨证饮食指导；采用引导式分阶段宣教，涵盖疾病机制、过敏原筛查与规避、用药依从性强化、复发预警指标识别及居家护理技能培训。经9 d干预，患儿大便恢复正常，伴随皮疹完全消退、关节疼痛缓解。随访1个月无复发，家属护理满意度提高。结果表明该联合方案不仅能有效缓解HSP患儿便秘症状，还可通过提升疾病认知与自我管理能力降低复发风险，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

This study explores the intervention effect of auricular point pressing combined with guided health education on constipation symptoms in a child with Henoch-Schönlein purpura （HSP）. Targeting core issues such as recurrent constipation and improper diet， a comprehensive intervention was implemented based on the theory of syndrome differentiation nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， alongside conventional Western medical treatment. Auricular point pressing was applied to regulate immune function， complemented by syndrome-specific dietary guidance. Guided step-by-step health education covered disease mechanisms， allergen screening and avoidance， medication adherence reinforcement， early warning signs of recurrence， and home care skills training. After 9 days of intervention， the child's bowel movements normalized， accompanied by complete resolution of skin rashes and alleviation of joint pain. No recurrence was observed during a 1-month follow-up， and family satisfaction with nursing care improved. The results demonstrate that this combined approach not only effectively alleviates constipation in HSP patients but also reduces recurrence risk by enhancing disease awareness and self-management skills， highlighting its clinical value for broader application.
