摘要

本文回顾性总结1例急性脑出血患者的中西医结合护理经验。患者因意识障碍、偏瘫、失语入院，病情危重，合并多种基础疾病。在常规西医治疗与护理基础上，实施中医辨证施护，通过严密监测生命体征、中西医结合精准用药护理、积极预防并发症及中医特色干预，患者病情趋于稳定，未发生严重并发症，康复进展顺利。本个案表明，中西医结合护理模式在急性脑出血患者治疗中可发挥协同增效作用，能有效改善患者预后、提升护理质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This paper retrospectively summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with acute cerebral hemorrhage. The patient was admitted to the hospital due to consciousness disorder， hemiplegia， and aphasia， with a critical condition and multiple underlying diseases. On the basis of conventional Western medical treatment and nursing， traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing were implemented. Through close monitoring of vital signs， precise medication nursing with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine， active prevention of complications， and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic interventions， the patient's condition tended to be stable， no serious complications occurred， and rehabilitation progressed smoothly. This case indicates that the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model can play a synergistic role in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage， effectively improve the prognosis of patients and the quality of nursing， and is worthy of clinical promotion.
