摘要

本文总结1例老年高血压病伴焦虑患者的护理经验。通过对患者进行生理和心理综合评估，采用耳穴贴压联合叙事护理，有效改善焦虑状况，稳定血压，促进康复，提高患者生活质量，护理效果满意。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly hypertensive patient with anxiety. Through comprehensive physiological and psychological assessments， the combined intervention of auricular plaster therapy and narrative nursing effectively improved anxiety symptoms， stabilized blood pressure， promoted recovery， and enhanced the patient's quality of life， achieving satisfactory nursing outcomes.
