摘要

本文总结1例艾灸联合耳穴贴压技术治疗肝肾亏虚型失眠的护理经验。为改善肝肾亏虚型失眠患者睡眠质量，选取1例该类型失眠患者，实施艾灸联合耳穴压丸护理干预，有效地改善失眠症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with insomnia due to liver-kidney deficiency using moxibustion combined with auricular acupressure. To improve the sleep quality of the patient， a combined intervention of moxibustion and auricular acupressure was implemented， which effectively alleviated insomnia symptoms and enhanced the patient’s quality of life.
