摘要

本报告分析1例右侧胫腓骨骨折患者行切开复位钢板内固定术后出现患肢明显肿痛的护理案例。在常规骨科护理基础上，创新性采用中药冷湿敷联合中药封包的中医特色技术进行干预。通过精准护理评估、个性化方案实施及动态效果评价，患者患肢肿痛显著缓解，关节功能恢复良好，住院时间缩短。该案例证实中医护理技术在骨科术后康复中具有独特优势，临床疗效显著，具备推广价值。

Abstract

This report analyzes a nursing case of a patient with significant postoperative swelling and pain in the affected limb following open reduction and internal fixation for a right tibiofibular fracture. On the basis of conventional orthopedic nursing care， an innovative intervention combining Chinese herbal cold compress and herbal packing—a distinctive Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） technique—was applied. Through precise nursing assessment， individualized treatment implementation， and dynamic efficacy evaluation， the patient exhibited significant alleviation of swelling and pain， favorable recovery of joint function， and reduced hospitalization duration. This case demonstrates the unique advantages of TCM nursing techniques in postoperative orthopedic rehabilitation， with notable clinical efficacy and potential for broader application.
