摘要

本病例针对1例混合型颈椎病患者开展中西医结合护理干预，在完成全面护理评估的基础上，实施耳穴压豆、温灸刮痧等中西医结合特色护理技术，对颈椎病引发的头晕、头痛及头部昏沉感症状具有明确改善效果，可有效提升患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This case report presents the implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） nursing interventions for a patient with mixed cervical spondylosis. On the basis of a comprehensive nursing assessment， characteristic TCM-WM nursing techniques， including auricular acupressure and warm-moxibustion scraping therapy， were administered. The results demonstrated significant improvement in clinical symptoms induced by cervical spondylosis， such as dizziness， headache， and a sensation of heaviness in the head， effectively enhancing the patient's quality of life.
