Nursing Report on the Treatment of One Case of Stomachache due to Spleen-Stomach Deficiency-Cold with Herbal Ointment Massage Combined with Moxibustion
This paper summarizes the nursing practice for one case of stomachache due to spleen-stomach deficiency-cold treated with herbal ointment massage combined with moxibustion. Based on the principles of syndrome differentiation nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), a personalized intervention plan was developed through systematic nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. On the basis of routine nursing care, emphasis was placed on emotional regulation and dietary guidance, combined with herbal ointment massage and moxibustion therapy. The results showed that this integrated nursing model significantly alleviated the patient’s stomachache symptoms, improved spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome, stabilized physiological function, enhanced treatment confidence, and ultimately improved the patient’s quality of life.
