摘要

本文总结1例腰椎融合术后胃肠功能障碍患者基于子午流注理论行气交灸联合穴位贴敷的护理措施及治疗效果。结合患者入院证见、评估结果及辨证分型，基于子午流注理论，采用气交灸联合穴位贴敷治疗患者胃肠功能障碍，促进胃肠功能恢复，提高患者生活质量，加快患者术后康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing interventions and therapeutic outcomes of a patient with gastrointestinal dysfunction after lumbar fusion surgery treated with Qi-intersection moxibustion combined with acupoint application based on the Midnight-Midday Ebb-Flow theory. By integrating the patient’s admission symptoms， assessment results， and syndrome differentiation， the treatment aimed to restore gastrointestinal function， improve quality of life， and accelerate postoperative recovery.
