摘要

本文总结1例风痰阻络型面瘫患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证分型，对患者实施特色中医护理，即火龙罐综合灸与耳穴贴压疗法，同时结合饮食护理、情志疗法、运动指导及健康教育等方法，有效改善风痰阻络证面瘫患者症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of facial paralysis with wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals pattern. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， specialized TCM nursing interventions were implemented， including Fire Dragon Cupping with Moxibustion and auricular acupressure therapy， combined with dietary care， emotional regulation therapy， exercise guidance， and health education. These approaches effectively alleviated symptoms and improved the quality of life for the patient.
