摘要

本文总结1例采用五音疗法联合便秘推拿治疗的肾虚血瘀型便秘患者的护理体会。本次护理以中医辨证施护为基本原则，通过梳理护理要点，结合患者肾虚血瘀的病机特点，选用羽调式音乐帮助患者滋肾填精，同时配合便秘推拿技术疏通经络、活血化瘀。经过系统的护理评估、针对性干预以及效果随访评价，该联合疗法有效改善患者的肾虚血瘀型便秘症状，缓解其焦虑情绪，为患者减轻病痛困扰，整体疗效显著，可为临床同类患者的治疗与护理提供可行借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with constipation of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type treated with Five-Element music therapy combined with constipation massage. The nursing process adhered to the fundamental principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and tailored care. By analyzing key nursing points and aligning with the patient’s pathological mechanism of kidney deficiency and blood stasis， the Yu-mode music （corresponding to the Water element） was selected to nourish the kidneys and replenish essence， while constipation massage techniques were applied to unblock meridians and promote blood circulation. Through systematic nursing assessment， targeted interventions， and follow-up evaluations， this combined therapy effectively alleviated the patient’s constipation symptoms and anxiety， significantly reducing their suffering. The notable overall efficacy provides a feasible reference for the treatment and nursing of similar clinical cases.
