Nursing Experience of Treating One Case of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Ginger-separated Fire Dragon Moxibustion Combined with Daoyin Therapy Based on the Theory of Musculoskeletal Balance
This article summarizes the integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience of one case of lumbar disc herniation treated with ginger-separated fire dragon moxibustion combined with Daoyin therapy based on the Theory of Musculoskeletal Balance. Under the guidance of the Theory of Musculoskeletal Balance, the medical and nursing team followed the principles of holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Combined with the patient's individual condition, Daoyin exercise and ginger-separated fire dragon moxibustion, a clinically appropriate technique of traditional Chinese medicine, were adopted as the core intervention measures for lumbar disc herniation (LDH). The pathological states of "disordered tendons" and "malpositioned bones" were effectively corrected, helping the patient's lumbar spine gradually restore the healthy physiological state of "musculoskeletal balance". Meanwhile, whole-course personalized nursing was provided to help the patient consolidate the therapeutic effect, which achieved favorable clinical feedback.
