摘要

本文总结1例关节镜下行左肩关节肩袖损伤修补术联合左肩胛盂唇修补术的护理实践，通过术前手术室环境预热、术中使用充气式加温毯、输液及冲洗液加温、动态监测鼻咽部温度等综合保温措施，有效降低患者术中低体温发生率，提高患者术中舒适度。肩关节镜手术中，患者因术野暴露、室温冲洗液冲洗、麻醉抑制及手术室环境等因素，术中低体温风险显著增加。本文通过临床实践，总结术中低体温预防的护理策略，有效控制患者术中体温，预防低体温相关并发症，促进患者术后快速康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing practice for a patient undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair combined with glenoid labrum repair of the left shoulder. Comprehensive warming measures—including preoperative operating room environment prewarming， intraoperative use of forced-air warming blankets， warmed irrigation and infusion fluids， and dynamic nasopharyngeal temperature monitoring—effectively reduced the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and improved patient comfort. During shoulder arthroscopy， factors such as surgical field exposure， room-temperature irrigation， anesthesia-induced thermoregulatory inhibition， and operating room conditions significantly increase the risk of hypothermia. Through clinical practice， this study outlines nursing strategies for hypothermia prevention， demonstrating successful maintenance of intraoperative body temperature， prevention of hypothermia-related complications， and promotion of postoperative recovery.
