摘要

本文总结1例拇指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者行全息刮痧联合艾灸的护理效果观察及临床经验。基于中医辨病辨证与专科护理评估，为患者实施全息刮痧、艾灸针对性干预，同时配合饮食调护、心理疏导及个性化功能锻炼指导，有效地改善患者手指肿胀、僵硬及疼痛症状，显著提升患者的日常生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the observation of the nursing effect and clinical experience of holistic scraping and moxibustion in the treatment of one case of stenosing tenosynovitis of the flexor tendon of the thumb. Based on the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and specialized nursing assessment， holistic scraping and moxibustion were implemented as targeted interventions for the patient. At the same time， dietary care， psychological counseling， and personalized functional exercise guidance were provided， effectively alleviating the patient's symptoms of finger swelling， stiffness， and pain， and significantly improving the patient's quality of daily life.
