摘要

本文总结1例急性心肌梗死恢复期患者膝关节疼痛的中医护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，针对膝关节疼痛采取水罐疗法联合中药膏摩疗法干预，配合实施中医特色护理、生活起居调摄及情志护理等措施。经过4 d护理干预，患者膝关节疼痛症状明显缓解。该方案具有不良反应少、安全性高、患者依从性好等优势，值得临床借鉴推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing experience for knee joint pain in a patient during the recovery phase of acute myocardial infarction. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， interventions included cupping therapy combined with herbal ointment massage， supplemented by TCM-specific nursing care， lifestyle adjustments， and emotional regulation. After four days of intervention， the patient's knee joint pain significantly improved. This protocol demonstrated advantages such as minimal adverse effects， high safety， and good patient compliance， making it worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
