摘要

探讨1例软外理论指导下棍针拨筋治疗下肢丹毒的临床效果。通过系统评估患者，结合软外理论与棍针治疗特点，制定个性化护理方案，包括病情观察、伤口护理、疼痛管理、心理护理及健康教育等方面，有效促进患者康复，减少并发症发生。研究结果表明，软外理论指导下的棍针治疗联合中医护理在下肢丹毒治疗中具有独特优势，为临床护理工作提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract

This study explored the clinical efficacy of tendon-scraping with stick needle guided by Soft Tissue External Therapy （STET） theory in treating a case of lower limb erysipelas. Through systematic patient assessment， an individualized nursing protocol was developed by integrating STET principles and stick needle therapy characteristics， encompassing condition monitoring， wound care， pain management， psychological support， and health education. The results demonstrated that stick needle therapy combined with TCM nursing under STET guidance exhibited unique advantages in treating lower limb erysipelas， offering novel insights and methods for clinical nursing practice.
