摘要

本案例总结1例中医外治法联合红光局部照射治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎患者的护理经验。以中医辨证施护理论为指导，予患者中医外治法联合红光局部照射，并配合生活起居调护、饮食护理及情志调理等措施，有效减轻患肢肿胀、疼痛等症状，促进下肢血栓性静脉炎病情缓解。该治疗方案简便易行，患者满意度较高，可供临床护理借鉴。

Abstract

This case summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with thrombosed venous inflammation of the lower extremities through a combination of traditional Chinese medicine external therapy and local red light irradiation. Guided by the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine， the patient was given traditional Chinese medicine external therapy combined with local red light irradiation， along with measures such as lifestyle adjustment， dietary care， and emotional regulation. This treatment effectively alleviated the swelling and pain in the affected limb， promoting the alleviation of the condition of thrombosed venous inflammation. This treatment plan is simple and feasible， and the patient's satisfaction was high. It can be used as a reference for clinical nursing.
