摘要

本文总结1例中药蜡疗联合强肌八段锦应用于尪痹患者的护理经验，主要涵盖强肌八段锦训练方法、中药蜡疗操作方法及相关注意事项。护理中以尪痹全周期立体化健康教育体系为依托，通过辨证施护，为患者匹配针对性的穴位干预及运动训练方案，有效缓解尪痹患者关节疼痛症状，显著提升患者的日常生活自理能力。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy combined with Qiangji Baduanjin in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. It mainly covers the training methods of Qiangji Baduanjin， the operation methods of traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy， and related precautions. In the nursing process， relying on the comprehensive health education system for the entire cycle of rheumatoid arthritis， through syndrome differentiation and nursing， targeted acupoint intervention and exercise training programs are matched for patients， effectively alleviating the joint pain symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis patients and significantly improving their ability to take care of themselves in daily life.
