摘要

本文回顾性总结1例类风湿关节炎患者应用强肌八段锦联合中药热奄包技术的临床治疗效果及护理经验。护理过程中，通过全面的专科护理评估与精准诊断，制定以强肌八段锦功能锻炼、中药热奄包局部干预为核心的个性化护理方案，并辅以全程健康指导。经干预后，患者疼痛数字评分法（Numeric Rating Scale， NRS）评分显著降低，巴氏指数（Barthel Index）及日常生活质量明显提升，28个关节疾病活动度评分（Disease Activity Score in 28 joints， DAS28）下降，晨僵时间大幅缩短，关节功能障碍得到有效改善，生活自理能力显著提高。

Abstract

This study retrospectively summarizes the clinical outcomes and nursing experience of a rheumatoid arthritis （RA） patient treated with Strengthening Muscle Baduanjin （a traditional Chinese exercise） combined with Chinese herbal hot compress therapy. During the nursing process， comprehensive specialized assessments and precise diagnoses were conducted to develop a personalized care plan， which focused on Strengthening Muscle Baduanjin functional training and localized Chinese herbal hot compress intervention， supplemented by holistic health guidance. Post-intervention， the patient demonstrated significant improvements， including a notable reduction in the Numeric Rating Scale （NRS） pain score， enhanced Barthel Index， improved daily living quality， decreased 28-joint Disease Activity Score （DAS28）， shortened morning stiffness duration， and alleviated joint dysfunction. Moreover， the patient's self-care ability was substantially enhanced.
